How long does the design process take?

The design process typically takes between 6-12 weeks, depending on the amount of artwork your stationery requires. We want to make sure every detail is perfect for you!

When should I send my save the dates?

Save the dates are usually sent out 8-10 months before the wedding, while formal invitations go out 3-4 months ahead of time. For destination weddings, consider adding a few extra months to these timelines. Ultimately, it’s up to you - think about when your guests will need enough notice to join your celebration.

I need my stationery ASAP. Can you fit me in?

We might be able to make room for your stationery! Availability will depend on our current schedule, and if we can accommodate you but we will always do our best.

Do you take care of the printing?

Yes, we offer two options for printing! We can handle the printing for you and have your stationery delivered directly to your address, or we can provide you with high-quality digital files so you can print at your own convenience.

Do you take care of the mailing?

At this time, we don’t handle the mailing of your stationery, so this part will be up to you.

Who owns the artwork?

Faye Louise Designs retains copyright of all of her artwork. No artwork may be re-sold or used for any other purposes than outlined in your contract.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our calendar and begin the design process.

The deposit is due after you’ve accepted your personalised quote and signed the contract. Once it’s paid, your spot in our calendar is officially secured.

The deposit is non-refundable. This policy ensures that our time and resources are committed to your project and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
