Invitations are the fun part of wedding planning, I promise. We specialise in creating bespoke stationery and illustrations that are timeless keepsakes you'll treasure for years to come.
Your invitations are the first glimpse your guests will have of your wedding day, setting the tone and building excitement. Our role is to take your ideas, whether they’re detailed or just a rough vision and refine them to create your perfect wedding stationery.
Every couple is unique and has a story to tell, and together, we'll create artwork that reflects your love, style and personality.
How it works

To get started, simply fill out our enquiry form here, so we can understand what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll prepare and send over a personalised quote tailored to your needs.
After you review and accept the quote, we’ll provide a contract for you to sign, along with a request for a 50% deposit to hold your place in our calendar. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.

Once booked, we’ll gather details about your preferences through a questionnaire. This helps us understand your colour scheme, design elements, and any specific elements you’d like us to include (or avoid!). You’ll also gain access to a shared folder where we can easily exchange ideas and files throughout the process. We’re also happy to schedule a call to discuss your ideas in detail.

We will then create a few initial design concepts for you to review and choose from. Please also note, some aspects from the initial sketches may evolve when we start painting but this will always be discussed with you.
Once you approve a concept, we’ll dive into the painting process to bring your vision to life! During this stage, we’ll check in with you for two feedback rounds, so any adjustments can be made to finalise your dream wedding stationery. To keep everything moving smoothly, we’ll need timely feedback from you along the way.

When you’re happy with the final design and have given us your approval, we’ll collect the remaining balance. After that, you’ll receive your high-resolution files, or if you’ve requested printing, we’ll take care of that and have the finished designs delivered directly to you.
The design process takes around 6-12 weeks depending on how much artwork is needed.
Pricing varies which allows there to be more flexibility, making your experience fully bespoke to your needs. Artwork and design fees vary depending on how much artwork is required. You will receive a quote on enquiry.
Printing
The cost of printing varies based on printing methods, paper weight, quantity and more.
We offer two options, the first is that we can source the printing of your stationery for you and have it sent to your address. It is important to note that we do not assist in posting your invitations to your guests, this will be done by you.
Once we gather more information on what your stationery needs are and begin to build your vision, we will discuss the printing costs.
Our other printing option is that we can send you high quality digital files for you to print at your own convenience. This is the most cost effective option and useful for those who are on a tight deadline.
